Shri Gangamma Temple

This temple is situated in the old Bangalore, known as Malleswaram. It’s a place of historical temples. There are three important temples almost at the same place.

These temples attach the memories of chhatrapati Shivaji and his step brother.

Sri Gangamma Dei temple is one of the great glories of Malleswaram which reflects unparalleled charm, strength and promise to protection to her devotees.

The whole temple has a dazzling effect, a feeling of hidden light which follows each visitor with love and care.

Here the diamond rich Devi sits in various Veer Mudras with trishul, damru, lotus with abhaya –hasta.

You cannot forget Devi, once you have visited the temple.

I had an opportunity to have a glance of the glory of Devi on 16^th of January 2013 and I still carry an unforgettable light in my memory.
