अलब्धलाभादिचतुष्टयं राज्यतंत्रम।

जो धन प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है ,उसे पाने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। जो प्राप्त हो गया है

उसकी रक्षा करनी चाहिए। जो अधिक है उसे आधीनस्थों को या परिवार के सदस्यों

को देना चाहिए।

One should put efforts to recover the wealth which is yet to be recovered.

What is recovered ,should be protected. if it is more than use , can be

given to those who are in service or to the relatives.
